Voters in Bunker Hill (Ill.) district defeat bond proposal

From The Alton Telegraph: A $4 million bond issue for the Bunker Hill (Ill.) School District failed earlier this month. The district would have used the money to construct a classroom addition at Wolf Ridge Elementary School and make other district facility improvements.
