West Virginia district plans $96 million bond election

Harrison County seeks funds to build 5 schools

From WDTV-TV: The Harrison County (W.Va.) School Board will ask voters on May 14 to approve a $96 million construction proposal. If approved by voters, the bonds would enable the district to build five new schools--four elementaries and one middle. The plan would combine $71 million in bond proceeds with $25 million state funds.
