Texas community college builds student housing

From The San Antonio Express-News: The Alamo Colleges district in Bexar County, Texas, has partnered with a private developer to build a $30 million student housing and commercial project at San Antonio College. The development will have 225 apartments of one, two or four bedrooms and 14,000 square feet of commercial space. The school anticipates opening the first phase of apartments in August 2013.
