Ohio district seeks funds for new high school

$26 million bond proposal in Edgewood district

TheEdgewood (Ohio) City school district has agreed to place a $26 million bond issue on the Feb. 3 ballot. If approved, the money would go toward building a new high school. If the bond issue passes, the existing high school would become the middle school; the existing middle school would house grades 3 to 5; Bloomfield Elementary would house preschool and kindergarten; and Babeck and Seven Mile elementary schools would house grades 1 and 2.
