Opinion from The Newark Star-Ledger: When it comes to sexual assaults, colleges should get out of the law enforcement business. In many cases, the internal investigations of such incidents are shady and inappropriate — for both the accuser and the accused. A school often does its own internal investigation without notifying outside law enforcement.
