District is trying to find new roles for 30 closed facilities

From The Kansas City Star: As the Kansas City (Mo.) School District works at finding futures for more than 30 closed schools, some 110 proposals or inquiries so far are wending their way through the process. One school has a charter school as an approved new tenant, and some buildings have drawn multiple interested parties. For many other schools, though, interest is scarce.
