University of Illinois student dies after fall

Authorities in Urbana, Ill., are investigating the circumstances surrounding a University of Illinois student who fell to his death from a fourth-floor balcony Wednesday morning. Seung Il "Sean" Lim, 20, an engineering student from Algonquin, Ill., was found on the ground in an alley near his apartment.
