From The New York Daily News: A school construction contractor is accused of skimming more than $2 million off projects in New York City by failing to pay workers properly. The state attorney general's office accuses Kostas (Gus) Andrikopoulosis of cheating the School Construction Authority by pretending to pay fake workers - and compensating real ones less than he reported.
