53,000-square-foot facility houses program named for former senator

The University of Tennessee has opened a new facility on its Knoxville campus for the Howard H. Baker Center for Public Policy. It will be the home to Baker's collection of papers throughout his career in Congress, the White House and as a U.S. Ambassador. The campus has housed the Baker center since 2003, but now has built a new 53,000-square-foot facility for it.
