From The Rapid City Journal: residents in the Faith (S.D.) school district have approved a $3 million bond issue for a new K-12 school. The district was forced in 2004 to abandon a decades-old, three-story brick school building after the state fire marshal condemned the building. The district’s K-12 students were moved into seven modular units, where classes are still held. The bond issue’s passage enables the district to tap into a $3 million zero-interest loan available through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act.
