Wayne State University plans office building for psychiatry department

From The Detroit News: Detroit’s Economic Development Corp. has approved plans for a $13.5 million medical office building and parking lot for Wayne State University's Department of Psychiatry. The 50,000-square-foot facility would be paid for with funding from the 2009 federal stimulus package.
