Shuttle service and increased patrolling helps students feel safer.
Three female students have been sexually assaulted in two months while walking to and from Grossmont High School, El Cajon, Calif. As a result, the school is boosting its security measures by providing a shuttle bus service for students who want to avoid walking past the areas where the assaults occurred. An afternoon police officer also has stepped up his afternoon patrol, and school administrators are patrolling the campus with radios.
