Full-day kindergarten in Ohio would require $205 million in spending

From The Columbus Dispatch: Establishing all-day, everyday kindergarten in every school district across Ohiowill cost at least $205 million for new teachers, aides, supplies and classroom space, the state estimates. Many school districts say they cannot afford it.
