From The Burlington Free Press: Looking to expand its tiny campus, Burlington College in Burlington, Vt., is buying a 32.4-acre Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington property. The property includes a 77,000-square-foot composite building: a 44,000-square-foot section, which once housed an orphanage built in 1881, and an adjoining 33,000-square-foot section built in the 1940s. In addition, a 4,500-square-foot building now used as a residence would be converted for student housing.
