University of Iowa will get $150 million for flood recovery

FEMA funding will enable school to replace buildings ruined in 2008 flood
From The Iowa City Press-Citizen: The University of Iowa will receive more than $150 million in Federal Emergency Management Agency funds for flood recovery projects. Included in that is $124 million to replace Hancher Auditorum, Voxman Music Building and Clapp Recital Hall, $27 million to replace the art building and $1.5 million for temporary chillers. The Hancher complex and the art building have been closed since the 2008 flood.
