Interim superintendent in Kansas City (Mo.) district gets permanent appointment

Stephen Green has led the district since September

News release: Kansas City (Mo.) school board has removed the “interim” from R. Stephen Green's title and appointed him superintendent. Green has served as interim superintendent of the district since September 2011, when John Covington left the district to lead a new statewide recovery district in Michigan.
