Voters defeat $20.9 million bond in Hilldale (Okla.) district

From The Muskogee Phoenix: Voters in the Hilldale (Okla.) School District have rejected a $20.9 million bond proposal. The money would have enabled the district to build a new high school, a new elementary cafeteria and convert the existing high school to a middle school.
