Deferred maintenance adds up at Indiana University

Officials says the university needs an additional $17 million a year to keep up with repairs
June 14, 2010

Vice President for Capital Projects and Facilities Tom Morrison says the funding gap is forcing the university to pay for emergencies such as leaking roofs and that repairs are more extensive and costly because maintenance has been delayed.
