Recycling closet at residence hall was damaged by flames

From NECN.com: Police say a fire in a residence hall at the University of Southern Maine in Portland was intentionally set. The fire was in a recycling closet in Upton-Hastings Hall Monday morning forced about 200 students from the building. The flames did not spread, and students were allowed back in the building around 5 a.m.
