From The Columbus Dispatch: Ohio Gov. John Kasich has received a $400 million list of capital projects wanted by the state's 37 public universities and colleges in the next two-year state budget. Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee presented the list to Kasich, who asked the institutions to collaboratively create a wish list of their top projects, rather than compete for construction money to better serve the state.
