Voters say no to bond request in Idaho Falls district

$84.5 million plan called for districtwide upgrades

Idaho Falls (Idaho) School District 91has come up short in its effort to pass a $84.5 million bond proposal. The ballot measure won the support of 56 percent of voters, but it needed a two-thirds majority for approval. The funds would have paid for upgrades and improvements to schools throughout the district.
