From The Poughkeepsie Journal: A former construction project manager at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and his wife have been charged with stealing $1.9 million from the school. Arthur Fisher, 44, and his wife, Jennifer Fisher, 38, allegedly took the money over the course of several years. Prosecutors say the pair are accused of setting up a fictitious construction company, depositing stolen money into that company's bank account. Officials say Fisher was a construction project manager at the college from 2005 to December 2010.
