Private school to get permanent home

After being a renter for 12 years, Sierra Madre Academy is looking forward to a permanent home in San Marcos, Calif. The independent, private Catholic school has been renting a play field, offices in a strip mall and a former medical building to serve as its school. This month, construction workers have begun work on a school that should open in September 2008.
