Kindergarten center will close in Farmington (Minn.) district

Elementary campuses now have space to accommodate program
June 8, 2009

From The St. Paul Pioneer Press: With a fifth elementary school set to open this fall, the Farmington (Minn.) district has closed its kindergarten center. Instead of having all kindergartners housed on one campus, the children will be divided among the district's elementary schools according to school boundaries. The district had housed the kindergarten center in a brick building constructed in 1912, which once had been the high school and middle school.
