Breakthrough Schools is now an umbrella for four independent Cleveland charters: Citizens' Academy, Entrepreneurship Preparatory School, Village Preparatory School and The Intergenerational School. Cleveland district officials have indicated interest in letting charters use buildings. The district has signed preliminary agreements to be the new schools' state-required sponsor, but that doesn't guarantee access to buildings.
