A federal judge has upheld the right of the Farmington (Mo.) School District to suspend former student Bryce Archambo for his refusal to remove clothing bearing the Confederate battle flag. Bryce, then 14, was suspended from Farmington High School for a day last year for refusing to remove the clothing. A physical education teacher told school administrators that he was offended by Bryce's clothing, which included the flag and the slogan "Rebel Pride." Since the incident, the Archambo family has home-schooled the student.
