Cost of renovating State College, Pa., high school climbs

Initial bids exceed estimates by $11 million.
May 8, 2007

The State College Area (Pa.) School District has plans to renovate its high school, but initial bids on the work exceed the $102 million budget by $11 million. Robert Kimball and Associates.
