Judge orders school to reinstate Michigan teens

Four students had been suspended from Belleville high school because of inappropriate online photos

A Wayne County, Mich., Circuit Court judge ruled that four high school students from Belleville suspended because of online photos featuring them with what appeared to be guns, money, drugs and gang signs can return to school. The judge is allowing the students' return pending optional district disciplinary hearings later this week. The administration does not have to reinstate the four teenagers to their original classrooms, but must provide academic instruction.
