At least 4 charter schools set to open in Pinellas County (Fla.) district

From The St. Petersburg Times: At least four charter schools--and possibly a fifth--are scheduled to open later this summer in the Pinellas County (Fla.) School District. Currently about 4,500 students are enrolled in Pinellas charter schools.
