Town of Durham has been concerned about students moving into residential neighborhoods

From Foster's Daily Democrat: A proposed development that could potentially house 600 students in Durham, N.H., could be the answer to the town's issues with University of New Hampshire students moving into residential neighborhoods. Capstone Development has presented a conceptual site plan for a neighborhood-style housing development with various-sized three, four and five-bedroom cottages and multiunit buildings for a total of about 630 bedrooms.
