Teachers want school system to abide by class-size guidelines

From The New York Daily News: The teachers union in New York City says that nearly 7,000 public school classrooms in the city are over capacity. Union officials blame the large classes on budget cuts and say they will file grievances to force the city to abide by class-size limits that have been agreed to by the city and the union.
