Georgia district to get new middle school
From The Bryan County News: The Bryan County (Ga.) school district has held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Richmond Hill Middle School. The 210,000-square-foot school will have 93 classrooms and is expected to cost about $28 million. The existing Richmond Hill Middle School, built in the 1970s, will be renovated and used as a 9th grade academy when the new middle school opens. District officials say that in addition to the new middle school, the 98.5-acre site eventually will be home to a high school. The architect is James W. Buckley and Associates.
