Enrollment drop follows Hurricane Ike

Some Texas districts have lost state aid because they have fewer students
Hurricane Ike, which floodedGalveston, Texas, schools Sept. 13 and displaced hundreds of students, has dried up the sources of revenue that schools need to pay the bills.
