Sept. 2, 2008
It's one of 26 new or revamped schools opening today in city

Freshmen won't need book bags filled with textbooks or even pencils and pens when they walk into a new Chicago public high school. VOISE is one of three small high schools housed in the old Austin High building on the city's West Side.
