Indiana voters reject bond proposals in several districts

Mooresville, Michigan City and Nineveh-Hensley-Jackson requests are rejected

From The Indianapolis Star: Voters in the Mooresville (Ind.) district have rejected a $96 million bond proposal that would have paid for a $50 million middle school and a $45 million renovation of the high school. In the Nineveh-Hensley-Jackson School District, voters rejected a $26 million proposal for an elementary school, And in Northern Indiana, meanwhile, about 68 percent of those voting opposed a proposed $39 million bond issue for a new career center in Michigan City.
