Housing units at New College of Florida will accommodate an additional 210 students.

New College of Florida in Sarasota is completing construction of new residence halls. The five buildings cost $27 million to construct and house about 210 students. Four apartment-style bedrooms share bathroom facilities and living areas with small kitchens, which open in turn to larger, open-air communal spaces. The new residential space will enable the college to accommodate 633 of its 760 students in campus housing. The architect is HADP Architecture.
