The Pinconning (Mich.) district has won approval of a $15.3 million bond package. The money will pay for improvements to the high school-middle school building and build a new wood and metal shop. A 37,800-square-foot gymnasium, weight-training facility and media center would be added as well. Prior to this election, voters in the district had rejected tax increases 14 straight times in the last 35 years.
