Senator calls for greater regulation of for-profit colleges

Dick Durbin of Illinois says too many students are left with large debts and few job prospects

From The Chicago Tribune: U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) says legislation to strengthen regulation of for-profit schools is coming. Durbin says that although many schools are good, some leave students with whopping levels of debt and "worthless diplomas."
