72 Kansas districts say they'll sue state over school funding

From The Kansas City Star: A group representing 72 Kansas school districts says it plans to sue state officials over education funding issues. After the Kansas Supreme Court refused earlier this year to reopen a previous school finance case, the member districts had voted to go ahead with a lawsuit.
