Oct. 27, 2011

From The Orlando Sentinel: The Orange County (Fla.) School Board has voted to close tiny Richmond Heights Elementary near downtown Orlando and will build a larger Eccleston Elementary that would open in 2013. Richmond Heights, a 309-student school that opened in 1964, is so far down the renovation list that it would have been many years before it was funded.
