Dallas district wants to limit business with ex-employees

Former employees wouldn't be able to do business with district for 18 months.

Dallas school leaders want to restrict former employees from returning as consultants or vendors until they've been gone from the district for at least 18 months. The proposed new rule is in response to the district's examination of its spending on consultants, which found that many were former employees.
