$150 million would modernize 2 high schools in the Shoreline (Wash.) district

Bond proposal is on the Feb. 9 ballot

Voters in the Shoreline (Wash.) district will decide on Feb. 9 whether to approved a $150 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to modernize Shorecrest and Shorewood High Schools. A 2006 bond approved by voters included funds to plan and design the two high school projects, but not for the actual construction costs. In a separate ballot question, voters will decide on a $12 million technology levy.
