Plans call for a 19-story tower and two eight-story townhouse-style buildings

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: Drexel University has launched a $97 million student-housing and retail-development plan at the point in Philadelphia where the campuses of Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania meet. The 19-story tower and two eight-story townhouse-style buildings will accommodate housing for 869 students and 11 storefronts. The design is meant to enhance student life by making the neighborhood more pedestrian-friendly.
