From The Ludington Daily News: Voters in the Manistee Area (Mich.) school district have rejected a $14 million bond proposal aimed at paying for many changes and additions to the school district’s buildings and grounds. The money would have enabled the district to renovate and update the district's buildings and close two elementary schools.
