School works to make sure traffic flows smoothly during construction

From The St. Paul Pioneer Press: Light-rail construction has transformed the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis over the summer. It has diverted traffic onto once-sleepy side streets, closed sidewalks and peppered the campus with orange detour signs. For the past year, university officials have tried to make sure campus crowds will flow smoothly and without incident along changed streets.
