Florida governor may veto college construction projects

Rick Scott says spending $100 million on the projects could put state's credit rating at risk

From The Miami Herald: FloridaGov. Rick Scott is warning that he may veto more than a $100 million in college construction. Scott says he’s considering vetoing the projects because the added debt could jeopardize the state’s strong credit rating and drive up costs of future borrowing.
