Voters reject bonds in Ysleta (Texas) district

From The El Paso Times: Voters in the Ysleta (Texas) Independent School District have rejected a $160 million bond proposal. The request sought funding for a variety of projects, including construction of two elementary schools and renovation of some high schools. The district's leadership split the bond election into five separate initiatives, and voters rejected them all.
