Freeman (Neb.) district schedules $4.98 million bond election

From The Beatrice Daily Sun: Voters in the Freeman (Neb.) district will decide the fate of a $4.98 million bond issue on Sept. 13. The bond funds would enable the district to build a new gymnasium, construct a classroom addition and expand the existing commons area.
