First major school construction in four years for Bowling Green, Ky.

Work includes new elementary, renovations to high school.

The Bowling Green (Ky.) City School district is moving forward with its first major construction projects in four years. The planned projects are expected to cost between $14 million and $15 million and include a new elementary school to replace T.C. Cherry, and renovations and additions to Bowling Green High School and Dishman-McGinnis and Potter Gray elementary schools. The architect for the projects is Ross-Tarrant Architects.
