University of Kentucky and University of Louisville impose new limits

From The Louisville Courier-Journal: Starting Thursday, Kentucky’s two largest universities are declaring themselves smoke-free, drastically restricting cigarette smoking to create more healthful campuses. The University of Kentucky is banning all tobacco products anywhere on campus, and the University of Louisville is restricting smoking to designated outside areas, with plans for a complete campus ban by next November.
